Mental Health – Complex Needs

At Major Domicile Ltd, we specialise in providing high and complex supported living services for adults aged 18 – 65 who require assistance to live independently. Our services are designed to empower individuals and promote their independence across Essex, Thurrock, Southend-On-Sea, and surrounding areas. By collaborating with local authorities and NHS Trusts, we aim to meet the diverse needs of those who require our support.

CARE PACKAGES OFFERED

We have defined our supported living care packages to cater to the varying needs of our service users. Typically, service users will require support on a more permanent basis, ensuring greater continuity of care. This could also serve as a stepping stone for care leavers who wish to become more independent.

Standard Supported Living Care Package

Focus on connecting and enabling individuals to maximize their independence.

Variable day hours’ support from dedicated support workers.

Background support may not be required at all times, and waking night support is usually not needed.

Support requirements may fluctuate to meet the changing needs of the service user.

Flexible shared hours that do not hinder new individuals from joining the service.

Package One: Community Support

Who is it for?

  • Individuals requiring a few hours of support per week to develop and maintain their independence.

What does it include?

This package extends our homecare services to offer tailored community support.

Supervision and prompting with personal care tasks.

Encouragement to complete other daily activities.

Services similar to homecare, delivered as an outreach model to help people live independently in their own homes.

Package Two: Standard Supported Living

Who is it for?

  • Individuals requiring variable day hours’ support from dedicated support workers.

What does it include?

Flexible shared hours accommodating fluctuating needs.

Support that adjusts to meet changing needs, without requiring constant background or waking night support.

Ongoing support with a focus on enabling independence.

Package Three: Enhanced Supported Living

Who is it for?

  • Individuals needing variable day and night support based on their assessed needs.

What does it include?

Consistent care packages with a focus on enablement, providing up to 24-hour support.

Staff support available most of the day and night.

Flexible support hours that may reduce over time.

Package Four: High/Complex Supported Living

Who is it for?

  • Individuals requiring high or complex supported living care packages with 24/7 support.

What does it include?

Intensive, 1:1 support with most aspects of daily living.

Support focused on minimizing increases in need and enabling independence wherever possible.

Assistance with personal care and other daily activities, ensuring comprehensive support at all times.

  2. Care Plan Development: We will develop a personalised care plan based on your needs.
  3. Program Enrollment: Once the care plan is finalised, we will assist you in transitioning smoothly into our supported living environment.
